~Our Love Nest~

YEAH!!! We finally got our own flat le.. keke.. so happy.. today is our appt @ 2.30pm.. so nervous coz 4 room units only left with 2 units of our choice.. luckily we managed to get 1 of them... #27-XXX...

Even though the price is really on the high side... but I really love the place and location.. somemore at our unit can view the city view and even fireworks.. keke.. so excited... the expected completion date will be in Dec 2011... and the unit is move in condition with all the fittings that comes with it... so we juz need to do some minor renovation and buy furnitures can le... so happy.. keke...

~Queue Number for Park Central~

Finally the result of Park Central is out.. we got our queue no le.. No 734... hmmm not very promising.. our appt date is on 21 Sep 2008 (Sun) at 2.30pm.. hopefully there's some units leftover for us... =D

We are aiming for 4 room flats!!!

~Park Central @ AMK~

Honey and I went to view the showroom for Park Central @ AMK today... It's situated at Ang Mo Kio Street 52... the location is very near to Ang Mo Kio MRT Station... about 5-10 mins walk... and there's alot of amenities nearby.. like wet market, hawker centre, Shop 'N' Save, Jing Shan Primary School, Anderson Secondary School, Anderson JC, Nanyang Poly, AMK park, AMK Hub and bus interchange.. We loved it a first sight!!!

The showroom was nicely done up and there are 2 of them. A 4-room & a 5-room. We prefer the 4-room as the feeling is more cosy and compact... rather than 5-room whereby the living room and dining area is very spacious.. more suitable for larger family size.. keke 4-room is just nice for the 2 of us... =D and of course lesser area for housework... keke..

And the units comes with the following features:

-Built in Wardrobes for bedrooms
-Kitchen Cabinets with solid surface counter top compete with kitchen sink, cooker hood & gas hob
-Single/Multi-split wall mounted fan coil unit air conditioning systems in bedrooms

Closing date of the balloting is on 5th Aug 2008 and results will be announced 3-4 weeks later... hopefully we can get a better queue no this time... This time round.. we got higher priority as the location is near my house and we've got 40k grant in total (30k for 1st timer and 10k for near parents)... keke so happy.. so wish us luck!!! =D
