The showroom was nicely done up and there are 2 of them. A 4-room & a 5-room. We prefer the 4-room as the feeling is more cosy and compact... rather than 5-room whereby the living room and dining area is very spacious.. more suitable for larger family size.. keke 4-room is just nice for the 2 of us... =D and of course lesser area for housework... keke..

Closing date of the balloting is on 5th Aug 2008 and results will be announced 3-4 weeks later... hopefully we can get a better queue no this time... This time round.. we got higher priority as the location is near my house and we've got 40k grant in total (30k for 1st timer and 10k for near parents)... keke so happy.. so wish us luck!!! =D
