~Quotation for Renovation~

Initial plan was to engage Winson from Dot 3 (previously from Unimax) to do our renovation... but conflicts soon arised and we find him not up to our expectations... but since we have already paid him a $200 deposit.. we told him that we will only let him do half of our work and the other half we will find others to do... but his attitude got worst and said he would rather we not engage him at all.. well that's even better for us... because I am very unpleased and pissed off with his attitude and his unprofessional...

So I started sourcing around for more quotations... finally decide to engage a contractor instead... since I have already gotten the 3D drawings from Winson.. talking about this.. the 3D drawings weren't even what I wanted.. so I can only use it as a guide... Winson didn't contribute any ideas at all.. all the ideas were from us... then what is the use of engaging an ID... might as well get a contractor...

Got a contractor contact through my hubby's uncle... his name is Ah Liang... he is my hubby's uncle longtime friend... so can be trusted, won't mark up too high and he has been in this line for about 20 yrs... so very experienced... can sense it when telling him about my expectations and requirements...

happy to get him to do our renovation... gave us a very good price... almost $3K savings when compared to Winson's quotation... because we are not getting a renovation loan.. so every single cent counts...

A Demolishing Works

1. To supply labour & material to dismantle existing door & frame at WIW - $80
2. To supply labour & material to dismantle existing door at Entertainment Room - $40
3. To supply labour & material to open existing door entrance at MBR - $100
4. To supply labour & material to dismantle existing wardrobe at 3 bedrooms - $350
5. To supply labour & material to dismantle existing shower screen at MBR - $50
6. Haulage for building material & removal of debris - $250

B Wet Works

1. To supply labour & material to lay (600 x 600) quartz homogenous ($16.50 & below) feature wall tile finish at side of kitchen entrance - $1000
